Lucky's Auto Credit: State Street in South Salt Lake, UT

Took my friend up to Luckys to get her a car. The saleman who help us (Paul )was very kind an His performance was phenomenal. He really cared about helping her get a car. Asked what she looking for. And what she wanted etc. I would definitely recommend lucky to friends, family and other people. We walked out with a car and a smile on our faces. Happy customer.

I've had the best experience at Lucky s Margarita was professional and very thoughtful of our needs. We really needed a vehicle that would fit me and all my family. The application only took 20 minutes to find out what I was approved for. I was shocked to see how quickly you can get into a vehicle without waiting hours like the big dealerships. Ask for Margarita when you go there. She's bought from the dealership and has a good story of how she ended up as an employee there as well. You won't be disappointed.

Margarita was excellent and provided great customer service. Helping us throughout the process of getting the car that we wanted. Also helping us settle on a payment that we could be comfortable with. There was a serious snow storm while we were getting the car and Margarita was patient and understanding during our test drive since we took a little bit longer in getting back. We would highly recommend that you talk to Margarita if you go to Lucky's.

This place is great! I was in a rough spot and really needed a car. I was a bit hesitant at first, but I turned out loving my experience here! The staff is so friendly, caring, and wanting to do their best for us! They even had some toys for the kids to play with while we did the paper work, it was so nice! Thanks Lucky's! I guess you could say, we're pretty Lucky! ;D

We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Lucky's!!! And we're not just saying that! Every person who works at Lucky's knows what real customer service is and has always treated us with kindness and respect....yes, even when we were late on a payment. Our first vehicle we got at Lucky's was deemed a total loss after an elk jumped in front of us. When we went back to Lucky's, Brian Williams and Margarita went above and beyond and fought for us to get into the car we wanted. It truly was an answered prayer because without them, we would've been in a really bad situation. They understood that and went out of their way to help us. Lucky's treated us like real people and not just another sale in their books. These guys are AMAZING!!!
