Mountain America Credit Union in South Jordan, UT

Went in to talk to someone about a loan, they had me wait a half hour as people sat around talking, and by the time someone was ready, it was closing time. What makes it worse is that it was very slow and only two other people were being helped. Very unprofessional.

Hayley fixed a problem for me and I appreciate her a whole lot for it. I like this branch I go there often. MACU overall is a great bank.

As if I didn't have enough reasons to hate South Jordan... This branch of my credit union refused my request for one dollar coins, as the fancy money machine they use does not deal in dollar coins. Now I need to find them elsewhere for the laundromat. Thanks a lot 21st Century, the machines are calling the shots now.

I LOVE Mountain America and will never bank anywhere else. The staff in South Jordan are wonderful. Always willing to help with anything I need, and they have very knowledgeable loan officers. You need to be sure to make an appointment though, because they get busy fast, and you can end up waiting for a very a long time. That being said, however, they are totally worth the wait!!
