My experience with Integrity Lending, Tori, and Jennifer was excellent from beginning to end. I appreciated that they made the process extremely quick. They were organized. They asked for everything that they needed at once. After I gave them the documents they requested they were able to complete the process efficiently only asking for one more piece of information. Another thing that I appreciated about working with them is that their communications i.e. responses to emails and phone calls were quick and provided the requested information every time. I was not looking forward to going through the mortgage loan process because of my last experience, but this was really quick and painless. A final thing that I wanted to note is that the communications were always friendly. I really appreciated that. They are a fantastic team and a fantastic company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend any one to work with them. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience.

This is my third house and I would definitely use Integrity for my fourth. Scott and Lindsey are amazing! They were supportive throughout the process and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. Their rates were the best available and I would rate their staff in the same way.

Absolutely fantastic to work with this team. We recently refinanced, and I was glad to get to Integrity First Lending. I was advised well, was given weekly updates and the whole process was super organized. I was running my own numbers, Excel sheets and had questions; each and every one of them were answered to my satisfaction. I call this a "problem solving" team. Every scenario was new for me, but Ryan and his team, Cherise and Wendy, brought their experience and had a solution ready for me. And yes, they go beyond their call of duty - I was in a different time zone, still I would get text or email replies beyond their working hours.

I had been going the refinancing process with another company for a few weeks and we were just not able to get to the numbers we needed to be at and they turned pretty aggressive about it. So, I decided to look into a local Utah company because then I could put a face to the name if I needed too. I had done some research and read lots of reviews and noticed that Integrity First Lending had the best reviews by far so I decided to call. From the moment their receptionist, Lexi, answered the phone, I had a great feeling about it. She was so kind, took some general info, and then passed me off to someone that was available (and quickly). Lexi also made sure to pass off the info so I didn't have to repeat myself. From that moment forward Tori, Chad, and Jennifer were nothing short of amazing with speed, accuracy, and most importantly, explaining everything to us during the process. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that is looking to get a new or to refinance an existing mortgage. You would be wise to do the same.

Best Lender Ever! My wife and I are in our mid 20's and we just purchased our very first home. I couldn't be more happy with Integrity Lending. Josh and Erin were so amazing to work with. I am an accountant and I will tell you that I did my research. When I spoke to Josh he was so informative and helpful. I didn't feel like he was trying to push me or anything. And honestly, they got me the best rate I could find and had the lowest closing costs. Then I started working with Erin and holy cow she helped us out a ton! If I had any questions about anything I would call her and she would explain it to me. I feel like I know a lot more about the lending process because of her. She was also very much on the ball. We had a very aggressive close date and she made it happen for us. She let us know what documents we needed to get and sign. She made it very easy for us too. I truly felt like they cared about our business and were looking out for us. Its now been two months later and I called them about a fraudulent charge on my credit card for an appraisal. They investigated it for me and let me know that the charge was not them. That's a small thing, but I was impressed because I already have my home, they don't need to impress me anymore, but they still took the time to help me out. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Josh or Erin if you can. They'll get the job done and ensure that it's as painless as possible.
