Wells Fargo Bank in Smithfield, UT

Its a small bank. They have always done right by me.

I haven't like Wells Fargo since I quit using them years ago, but I went in to cash a check (from a wells Fargo account) at this branch, and they wanted to charge a 7.50 cent transaction fee... I laughed and said ok. Then I nicely said, "I know this isn't your fault, and that you don't make policy, but it's stupid fees like this that make me hate using Wells Fargo for anything, and why I left Wells Fargo years ago..." the lady gave me the dirtiest look. And then said, "well there is nothing I can do for you." I said, I knew, but pass it up the chain as to why you lose customers... thats all. I really know this isn't your fault personally." She again said, "No, it isn't my fault." Anyway, I wasn't being rude or blaming her, just giving feedback on how I dislike her company and how they do business...
