UCCU has always given me great customer service. The people are very friendly and helpful there. I also like UCCU's online banking site. It's very useful.

Uccu is great. The blow away any other rate for refi's. Even the online guys don't come close. Save thousands of dollars and get great customer service, it's the best. I've always worked with Zak, but I bet everyone is great.

Uccu is a great Credit Union...I've tried the rest, AFCU, DFCU, etc..etc... nobody is better than UCCU! My family has been with them since I was 5 or 6 years old. Thanks for being awesome guys!

EVERY time I call, I am on hold to reach someone for over 15 minutes to make a payment because every time I call they say they will send me info to set up my auto payments and never do..... EXTREMELY frustrating they only have one phone number for ALL locations and no one seems to ever answer
