I have over nine years of membership in the Saratoga Springs branch. Over that time, all staff at all levels have been very competent, personable and a pleasure to deal with. I have never been better served, in over 50 years of banking, in three countries!

I'm very happy being a member of MACU. The people at the branches and customer service via telephone are so helpful. There has not been a question or problem I have had that was not answered/handled swiftly and to my satisfaction. I LOVE the mobile app. I use it many times each month. For mobile deposits and to transfer funds. The deposit and withdrawal notifications via phone have been a life saver more than a few times. Thanks MACU!

My favorite MACU location. Typically they are very quick, I normally use the drive thru. I applied for an auto loan and the process was easy. Their rates were very reasonable.

MACU is our main money institution; we have our home loan through them, and just paid off our car loan -- both at below market rates! The staff is always courteous, well-trained, and thorough. We highly recommend Mountain American Credit Union.
