I will never ever recommend this company their all jerks.... they call you up to 10-15 times a day when your 1 day late... they also call a week before note is due.... everyday... they are a pain in the ass..... DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL HATE THEM...THEY CALL ALL TIMES DAY AND NIGHT.... IF YOUR LATE YOU HAVR TO PAY $60 AND THEY HAVE NO GRACE PERIOD... MY CAR WENT UP $2000 A MONTH AFTER THEY BOUGHT MY LOAN...ITS CRAZY

Worst loan co ever.... they messed there website up so you cant even make a payment. Called up got grief even tho I'm a week early and never missed a payment since with them. And I work for a major company dealing with website and there security and I warn you all, do not make an online payement. There website is not secure meaning something is sitting there stealing your info as you put it in. This is how your identity gets stole you dumbbutt car co. I'm not cussing so you all can see this. If I could post a pic if the site as I see it with a ton of red flags on it I would. The Damn security in it costs 70 Damn dollars a year and they can afford to protect your identity at that cost.

BEWARE! If you're an automotive dealership looking to use this finance company for your Sub-Prime financing, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DON'T DO ANY LOANS WITH THEM! You will surely regret it and will most likely be on the losing end of your deal. My very first deal with them is also going to be my last deal with them. I had my local area Prime Auto Acceptance company representative look over an entire car deal for me, both in person, via email, and including all of the paperwork and customer stipulations, to make sure that we were all set and good to go for funding before we rolled the customer in our vehicle. To make a long story short, the deal ended up having some missing customer stipulations and we're unable to get the customers to provide this extra info in order to finalize the funding. Now, not only are we out over $11,000 in missing funds, but we're also left without the vehicle as the customers are still driving our vehicle for free and aren't returning any of our calls or voice messages. Upon calling Prime Auto Acceptance's corporate office to try and get some help with this matter, I was told that they were very sorry but there was nothing that they could do to help me. They couldn't finalize the funding of the deal, and then they also couldn't do anything to help me try and get my vehicle back. If for some reason you are going to attempt to do business with these guys, be sure to do your homework and make sure that you have all of your ducks in a row or they'll definitely leave you hanging without any hesitation. My sincere recommendation however is to STAY CLEAR of them all together. You'll be much better off for doing so.

Not as bad as everyone says. They worked with me when I lost my job and had a rough patch in my life. The only thing I can say they could improve on is a website I can check my loan balance on.
