Jordan Credit Union in Sandy, UT

I have been using JCU as my financial institute for more than 5 years now, and I will never leave them. They are extremely helpful, and friendly. They have never given me anything but excellent service. I have my normal banking (savings and checking) as well as a car loan with them. I plan to do more serious investing in the short future with their team as well.

I've been with this CU for 7 years now and love them! My favorite thing that they do is when I lose my debit card they can make it for me right in the branch and I don't have to wait 10 days for it to get mailed to me!

I have just finalized a commercial loan on a real estate project and have never been more pleased dealing with any credit institution. Heather was most helpful and professional. I highly recommend Jordan Credit Union to anyone that values time and professionalism. Wayne Wardle

It sucks I have to give it one star these people do not know what they are doing. There online banking is absolutely horrible.

This is a really useless bank. They only have 1 person in all of the branches combined who is responsible for doing a really huge part of the lending that any bank does. Employees ignore you and do not return your calls, they are always "at lunch" even if you try to contact them every hour, and they are just plain liars when they talk about what they are going to do to help you, this one person just shoves your paperwork at the bottom of her stack and hopes that its the end of that. not worth wasting your time here.
