Honest but unreliable. Sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. You get conflicting information. Staff seems to be isolated and poorly informed. I give this branch three stars because I believe they are trying, but when it comes to my money I need more than that. I need on the spot competence.

I do daily business with this branch for my company. I love walking in to see the smiling, helpful faces of the tellers and managers each day. They are fantastic to work with both in person and on the phone. I have never had a problem, we have done our banking with Bank of the West for over 10 years!
