Not only did I cut my monthly payment by almost $200 but we were able to eliminate PMI after the appraisal. The broker was helpful and thorough, answering all my questions in terms I could understand. I was especially pleased with the patience he showed as we worked through all options. In my case buying down the loan percentage did not make sense because I would only see savings after 4 years. I feel educated about the process and am confident I got the best possible loan and rate.
