Worst experience I have ever had with a bank. Cross the street and go to American First if you want to be treated with any sort of respect or expect to bank in this century

The downtown University Credit Union is in a convenient location. They recently got a new manager who is very friendly and easy to talk to. The tellers are friendly and happy to help. My cu makes applying for loans easy. The rates are great. I get all my loans here.

I've been going here for 15 months now. I have five accounts. I ALWAYS write the specific checking number on the back of each and every check. Regardless of the teller, there is ALWAYS a 100% fail rate on them depositing these. I don't know how to make it any easier for these tellers. Today the man deposited one check into an entirely different persons checking account. When I asked him to reverse it, I was given an eye roll and a head shake. We'll be moving our funds to another bank.
