Hercules Credit Union in Salt Lake City, UT

I have had an account with Hercules for over 30 years now, (since I was a small child) and my experience has prevented me from looking for banking needs elsewhere. They have provided me with checking, savings, credit cards and numerous loans over the years and have always been easy to work with. I have recommended their services to many people over the years as I am sure I will continue to refer them for many more.

My parents opened an account for me when I was too young to remember. (You can tell how long it has been by my low four-digit account number!) It has been a family institution since its inception. We have always had wonderful customer service and have had no reason to bank anywhere else. It has been nice to have all of our accounts and loans tied up in one little package. I think the longevity of its employees says a great deal about HCU.

When my debit card info was stolen through a local gas pump, Hercules had instant fraud detection set up and my card shut off so fast that only a tiny amount of money was able to be taken from my account. Hercules then quickly notified authorities and those responsible were caught and prosecuted. I was totally reimbursed for the small loss by Hercules very quickly. I can always talk to a real, live person on the phone if I need to, and their car interest loan rates cannot be beat! Friendly and caring, secure transactions and knowledgeable employees.

I have been a member of the best Credit Union around. The entire staff treats me with respect and understands my needs. The are so much like family. I would be lost if they were not around.
