Hi Andy, I have been communicating with your Contractor Disputes Dept and have repeatedly requested confirmation of payment previously sent to the Contractor, as well as my account to be placed back on hold until a meaningful remedy can be determined. Once after these requests have been addressed, I will revisit these comments. But until I get a pro-active approach from EnerBank as reassured when I had first taken out our loan, this review will stand.

Poor company , did my loan in two parts before installation (solar panels) and after work was done. Well in fine print and not explained was oh you will be occurring interest the whole time construction is going on. Got my refund on panels, but have $5000 in interest ,so i can't pay off loan because of interest. ( 12 month loan) Can you say rip off. Oh and I have called customer service, their answer is well you will still be able to pay off sooner. No I planned on paying off with refund. Can you say title loan company calling itself a bank.

I just refinanced my house and included them into my loan to pay off. When calling them to get a balance pay off they quote me $800 in interest to pay them off since I did not pay them off in the first year I am held responsible for all that interest. DO NOT USE THEM FOR LOANS THEY LIKE TO SCREW PEOPLE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

This company is living in the 80's. Period!!! THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! What?!!?! What kind of business - a loan company for that matter - doesn't have an email address?!?!?I know of the smallest mom and pop shops who have a website and give customers online access!!! These jokers don't!! You can't even call a phone number to get automated account information!!! You can't even make online payments!!! WTF?!?!? I have to mail a check every time!!! Not to mention the fact that when I called to have a statement of my account history sent to me - since I can't get that BASIC information online - they said it would take two weeks!!! TWO WEEKS!!?!?!? Just to get my fricking account history?!?!? What year is this?!?!?!? But I find it SOOOOOO interesting they wasted no time releasing a mobile app so people can apply for a loan!! I have read feedback and comments going back YEARS, and their BS excuse is always the same: "In the near future." Bull. Not to mention, their customer care hours suck!!!! So when you DO need to call just to get your stupid balance, the window within which to call is poor at best. When I brought this to their attention, guess what the response was: "We're working on expanding our customer care center." How can a loan company who does SO much business be this piss poor at providing customers the tools they need?!?!? Face it...they have ZERO intention of doing anything to make customers' lives easy .Period. Why? It costs money!!! And coming from an I/T background, it is NOT that hard to create site where customers can at LEAST just view their accounts and their history. I chalk it up to being cheap, lazy, and greedy. So if you want a way to finance some remodeling, go for it. But don't expect convenience. They are literally the worst when it comes to customer care. The. Worst. And why would anyone want to have to PAY to make a payment on their account?!?! Not going to pay on the phone - you charge for that. And every other option you still have to mail something in!!!!! And there's no way to update your info for automatic payment unless you call in!!! You seem to be missing the point: you people have been saying SOON for years and you have produced NOTHING!!!!! You don't even have weekend hours for customer care!!!
