Absolutley horrible service! These people will call you repeatedly when they think you owe them. They go back on their word, and knowingly violate the fair debt collection practices act. Word of advice ladies, you are NOT exempt from the law! I suggest you abide by what the state and federal government have to say about acceptable practices regarding collecting a debt. You are not allowed to show up at someone's work and demand money from them. See you in court!

I have been with convenient loan for a long time. Don't do what I did and keep going back no matter how desperate you are. In my opinion they are legalized loan sharks. I got a letter in the mail that said all I had to do is take in a certain amount to catch up my account and when I went in with the letter that gave me a certain amt of time which I was early by 6 days they turned around and told me the letter didn't apply anymore. They lie!!!!! And in my opinion the girl I deal with is bipolar she nice one time and not so nice the next time. In my opinion don't go there they rip you off. They say word of mouth goes along way. I hope this reaches allot of people.

Convenient loan customer service is ignorant, degrading, and they should be disciplined for their ignorant attitude towards people trying to make payments. A customer gets treated like a piece of dirt for asking for a loan and will never recommend them to my worst enemy. If their customer service cannot work with a person without being completely rude and ignorant while asking for a refinance option for a little longer help, then no one should trust a thing with them or the people that are associated with their employment. They are beyond a zero rating. No recommendation and they are beyond disrespectful.
