The branch manager Jason and his staff lied to our company multiple times, held a check longer than needed when the funds were cleared from the sending bank three business days prior… They destroyed a major multi million dollar transaction and if you deal with this branch or any KeyBank in Utah I would run! They are immoral, unethical, and plain dirty!!!

Horrible service from the beginning. I waited for my check that I deposited to clear for three weeks just because the teller didn't enter it correctly wtf. I closed my account as soon as the check cleared. Too many mistakes with this stupid bank shouldn't have waited 6 months to make my decision smh!!
