Bank of the West in Riverton, UT

I opened a checking and savings account. I deposited money. Most bank will issue you a temp atm card until your actual atm card arrives. I was not issued one and was told they don't do that. Then I went to enroll in online banking and it said they had to verify my info and it would take 2-3 business days. What the heck! So at this point I have no access to my own money or see my money. This is stupid and makes me feel like I don't have control of my own money. This is not good customer service!

Its a no wonder why this has a 1 star rating customer service is outright horrible would never recommend and they are rude the manager didn't help at all. She came to the window and was very rude.
