There is no way to get a human being to answer a phone at this branch. I've tried two different numbers on two different days...for long periods both times...and all I ever get is a busy signal. The 800 number is worthless. I wouldn't be trying to call if "Anna" hadn't totally screwed up my deposit!

Horrible bank, so many fees and an impersonal feel to the place. We're just a number there which the staff is restricted with all the policies and fees and rules which I am sure they hate as well. Bank elsewhere.
