Provo Postal Credit Union may be small, but they are extremely ingenious & crafty in all they do, they find creative ways to make loans that fit for me. Best credit union in Utah, maybe the United States. I've banked at many Banks & Credit Unions in my Military life with the many transfers and reassignments. They have Great customer service, & are very nice & easy to work with. I feel like I am a VIP each time I go in. Loan rates are extremely competitive, even with some credit blemishes. I've been with this Credit Union over 15 years, but this Credit Union has really come a long way in the past 5 years when the new CEO was appointed. Great online/mobile banking, debit cards, lines or credit, GAP and vehicle warranty... and even home loans. I like to simplify my life and get ALL my financial needs at Provo Postal Credit Union. I work for a small business in Lindon and we found Provo Postal from a great customer of ours and our experience has been amazing. They found what would work best for us and we have never been happier. We will no longer go anywhere else for our loans. They are a small company but make sure every customer is taken care of no matter what the situation. Incredible!

I have had two experience with Provo Postal, & I have never been happier. I have to say that I love how kind the staff is. I have been into other banks and they treat you like your just another account, but not here. To the guys that work here they treat you like family. When you walk in its like they have welcomed you into a home. The people that come with you don't have hard chairs to sit on, no they have a couch. I cant say it enough when you interact with the people that work here it just seems like an extension of your family.
