Utah Community Credit Union in Pleasant Grove, UT

I have been a member of UCCU since 1977. When I walk in they greet me with a smile and call me by name. Even though the employees come and go they have always treated me with respect and courtesy. I am a business man and have other banking institutions but UCCU is by far the friendliest and most efficient. They do a great job!

The Pleasant Grove Branch is fantastic. Even though they have had some turnover lately I've never felt like I wasn't being taken care of. Stacey, branch manager, is great. She's honest, personable, and always greets me with a smile. Several times she's gone above and beyond what was expected to make things happen. Would recommend to anyone interested in being more than just a number.

Have been with UCCU for many years and have generally been very happy with their service and care. We were disappointed that when our daughter opened her own account, and misunderstood an issue, they absolutely refused to even consider reversing a one-time minor fee. I was surprised that they would not even consider helping her out... but this has (so far) been our only negative experience.

I've been a loyal client for 5 years, making the payments on time. I tried to get a car loan and it took over an hr and a half for them to tell me I couldn't. I had to go to another bank to get the loan and even the other bank congratulated me for having such a great credit score.
