I have a checking account with US Bank Pleasant Grove and my salary get deposited in this account. Now for processing my mother's visitor visa I had many number of times requested for a letter showing may account number, average every month and deposits. This is required as per the documents needed by the US Immigration processes. I went to the branch personally many times and they said call the Customer Support and when I called the Customer care they said contact the branch. Then they said to fax a letter to a number and I have been waiting for this simple. This is not the first time that such a letter has been issued. When other banks and branches of the same bank can provide such a letter why are they not providing me such a letter. Please do NOT open account with US Bank. I did not know that we have Chase Bank nearby, when I opened my wife's account they deposited 200$ , now that is called welcoming a new customer.

Never had any issues with this branch and the have always been friendly. I wish they would have a more stable employee base. There is new people Eleverytime I go.

Ended up owing them $43 for a maintenance fee on my checking account. This wasn't explained to me up front because I never would have kept the account if I knew it was gonna cost. My bad for not reading the fine print but the tellers should have enough integrity to tell me about the maintenance fee.

I am APPALLED. I went in a 6:10 PM on Friday and spoke to a woman. There were only two there, so it will be easy to deduct who is who. I went in and gave the Bank 400 bucks and in person asked for them to pay my credit card bill. That way there was no question that I paid it nor would they try to act like it was "pending" online.... Sometimes that happens. But not only did the girl NOT put my money in the bank she did not pay the bill. Even though she told me that EVERYTHING was paid for and that there would be no fees. I asked her those specifically. This confirms my decision to leave this atrocious place. I have never had such horrendous service in my life. They never explained anything to me. I CANNOT wait to get my cards paid for, and I am done with this place. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I get treated like this. I have had one amazing teller the whole time I have been there and she was moved to another branch down in Provo. Have great employees like Liz and you will actually keep your customers.
