I was searching for a single-close construction loan with a rate that was fixed in advance throughout both the construction period and post-construction. Intermountain Mortgage delivered a rate that was lower than many other competitor's rates despite the fact that those competitors were unwilling to lock the post-construction rate. I thought the service was excellent as I was shopping for loans (multiple employees talked me through all of my options), and so far, the process during construction has been relatively smooth. I highly recommend them for anyone looking at one-time-close construction loans.

I recently closed on a loan with Intermountain and I have to say, they now have me as a customer for life. Ian was very easy to work with and very genuine and was always looking out for my best interest. They helped me close on a condo; which many other lenders refused to help me with. Plus they have very competitive rates. Anybody reading this review, don't waste your time shopping around because I shopped many companies including guaranteed rate, cornerstone, banks, etc. and Intermountain has rates and especially service that cannot be beat! Intermountain Mortgage Company is amazing. I refinanced my home this Fall and worked with Rich and Ellen. I would highly recommend this Company if you want a thorough & honest mortgage experience. They utilize all tools available to get you the best rate with little hassle. It was an easy, seemless process and the whole deal was wrapped up within a month of my initial meeting. I met my Intermountain broker, Ian, through my real estate agent. From the beginning he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The rates and terms he quoted me on the day we met were the exact rates and terms I ended up doing my mortgage at three months later. That was definitely NOT the case with the competing mortgage brokers I was working with. The mortgage process can be repetitive, frustrating and long. Ian was incredibly patient with me and made sure we were on the right track every step of the way. He delivered exactly what he promised and beat our original deadline.
