I'm from California and I never really knew about credit unions before I came to UVU for school, but having an account at UCCU has really been a great experience. It's super nice and convenient to have a branch on campus! It's been a life saver during those long days at school when I'm in need of something to eat! All in all, I would recommend UCCU to all UVU students.

I was out of town working. The system didn't recognize my computer (because I was no longer in the Utah office). I was locked out of the system. Once this happens there is no solution until the next business day. That does nothing for the member that isn't in the same time zone. There needs to be an after hour solution for only banking problems/concerns.

I have banked with UCCU for 7 years now. I have gotten an auto loan from them, as well as a credit card. They are great! No hidden fees, very low fees on services such as cashier's checks, low rates on loans, and great customer service. I can't recommend them enough. I wish they were in Phoenix, since I'm moving there soon and will have to find a new credit union.

I have had positive experiences here. They are a little behind the curve in regard to online banking but the staff is very accommodating.
