I can't even say this business deserves 1 star. I went in, there were 5 people behind the counter and all of them were talking to each other. Then their card machine didn't work, so I had to go get 4 dollars to pay the rest of my car payment, or pay a 10 dollar service charge over the phone. Ugh!! I am so angry with this business. Plus, both managers were sitting and talking when I wanted to talk to them about my concern. I hate goldenwest, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
