I am not one to leave negative comments because somebody hurt my feelings and I was "displeased" but in this case I am going to leave one. I had a very terrible experience here. I would not recommend this dealership, especially the service department, to anyone. They were extremely hard to work with, communicate with and they just try and sell you things. They tried telling me I needed a new transmission and when I inquired as to the why and asked for more details I got a large sales pitch and a bunch of facts that lead me to believe they didn't even look at my truck. They insisted it was the transmission and even said there technicians were the "best in the state". This bothered me cause I simply wanted the truth- the research I had done and all the people I talked to told me opposite of what they told me. I took my truck to another shop (transmission was fine) and got the issue fixed for a fraction of the cost the dealer wanted to charge me. They also charged me $240 just to really tell me nothing. I thought dealers were supposed to be experts in what they do...? I say this in the most respectful way I can... But don't waist your time here.

Brent Brown Toyota is the best! I bought my Toyota here a few year years ago and I keep coming back. The staff is always helpful and the service is always timely. They have hard working and honest mechanics that will absolutely take care of you. They have earned my business for life.

We have purchased two Toyota vehicles within the last 6 months from this dealership. The second purchase was probably the best experience ever with a dealership. Brent Brown has a great selection of Tundra trucks, this is the only reason why I bought my Tundra with them. The salesman was very pushy on what Tundra line I should buy. At the end, I was very much manipulated and quoted on one APR rate (which I still have in writing and paper) only for them to raise the APR on my first statement. After some months of unresolved disputes I went to Karl Malone Toyota to trade in and upgrade. No matter how many times I unsubscribe from Brent Brown emails, they keep on pushing some new department onto me. I have emailed them multiple times, telling them to stop, but receive no response. Every few months I have the Brent Brown number show up on my call ID, only to answer and have them hang up. Please save yourself the headache, constant pestering, and guileful tactics. Please go to any other Toyota dealership.

I have been coming to Brent Brown Toyota ever since I bought my very first car 8years ago. I truly love the kindness and how helpful everyone is. It's a very professional dealership. I would recommend everyone who is looking for a vehicle, to come here. You will not be disappointed.
