They are doing everything to help raise my credit with a credit card and a credit line

Good people, very friendly, but only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I have no option to raise my credit score without a lot of help, and they can't help me, nor give me any options to get a loan to fix it until I already dumped money into it, regardless of my job stability.

Worked with Doug and he was just rude and completely uninterested into looking deeper in our situation. Treated me and my husband like two idiots that weren't understanding what he was saying. I'm sure the other employees are nicer and actually act like they want to help so we will definitely be working with someone else in the future.

No help for a fellow down on his luck... I am disabled, and needed to open a savings account for a charity fundraising event for a relative who needed emergency surgery to remove a large tumor. Knowing all this, the manager turned me down because of poor credit. I was NOT trying to borrow money nor get any line of credit, nor even a checking account, just a stupid savings account. He didn't want to open the door at all to his precious "members only" club. Saddest of all, he couldn't come and talk to me man to man about it, he just sat in his glass office looking down on me whilst his minion came and broke the news. So off to Key Bank I went where I got a savings AND checking account with no questions ask.
