Zions Bank Ogden in Ogden, UT

Like many, many banks these days, they have drifted away from customer service. This is a large building with several registers, and two people manning bothe the counter and drive through and everything else that you might need. The tellers were courteous, however when they finally helped me, so courteous that they never once asked me for my id, simply took my debit card and have me my balance and printed some checks. In today's world of I'd theft and scammers this is not ok. Not at all, shame on you Zions.

If i can give this branch a -5 i would. These ppl sign me up for a service i didnt request and screwed me over. The customer service would get a -10. Ive worked in banks and these people clearly have no idea on how one works. Most tellers act like this is a part time after school gig. The main office needs to do some serious rearranging in this branch. How can all the other branches get such good reviews, and this one is fo so poor. This is like the branch no one brings up.. smh. About to close my account and go back to chase where there are standards.

Terrible customer service. My wife and I would go in person to this branch for any problems we had or with issues with our bankcard, and every time the staff at this branch would make mistakes like misspelling the name on the card or not sending one at all. They have a history of loosing our paper work at this branch. The staff also is slow to help customers and act as though you are inconveniencing them. I have ran into similar issues at other branches. Zions bank worst aspect is it's customer service.

I really hate that this is the only zions bank im the area i never spend less than 15 min at there drive thru even when there is only 1 other car today i spent 25 min waiting to deposit 1 check! With a very active 3 year old in back. The people are always nice bit they are soooo slllooowww alwaus sayomg tjey are short handed...well maybe you can hier some people

They are such friendly people there and so welcoming. They are willing to help me out with all my questions and work with me with my needs.
