I went to get a replacement card and deposit some money into my checking and savings account. The female helping me miscounted my money for one thing and she entered it into the computer wrong even after counting it 2 times! I almost got shorted 50.00! I then wanted my replacement card and I was told the machine was not working to make the card so I understand that..no big deal since computers are kind of sketchy anyway.. I left and then came back to get my card and it was working but this time I got charged a 5.00 replacement card fee twice! and on top of that I get home to use my card and it does not work.
