Went to Grand County Credit Union and realized i left a mandatory form at my house so I told the teller I'd be right back because i live right down the street. Got back at 4:59 and they literally locked the door and put the drive up blind down as I was pulling up. Thats the treatment I get after 6 years of banking with this joke. I highly recommend going to any of the other credit unions in town. I will be closing my accounts first thing in the morning. Piss poor customer service

I have dealt with Grand County Credit Union a lot lately and I have had nothing but the best service. I would recommend them to everyone. Great place to do business
