Zions Bank Midvale in Midvale, UT

The bank here is older and not the greatest looking in terms of exterior and interior but the people here are lovely. They are always super friendly and helpful.

Until my issue gets resolved this will stay as a 1 star. Waiting to hear back from Joel to get $31 "insufficient funds" refunded. This was resolved! Thanks Joel! I appreciate everything.

Every time I have to come to this branch I wait 15-25 minutes in the drive-up window. They need more people helping out...I hate this location!

Last week on Friday, I left work before they closed the branch for the day. It was a friday. I went up through the Window and cashed my check. Everything was given back in an envelope, I got home counted my check and was $100 short. I rushed back to see if anybody was there. To my luck it was empty, decided I had to go back the next day. Of course they don't open on Saturdays. Called customer service and reported what has happened. They couldn't do much, suggested I had to go in the bank Monday morning. Due to work I was unable to go, but I did call the first chance I got. I spoke to Joel , stated he was going to call back . He called later that day stating his banker counted and everything was balanced. But he was going to heck one more source, stated hearlier would call back and haven't heard from him since. I'm currently on the line was sent to customer service , she called the branch and once I finally got there they placed me on hold. Been waitingoing on hold for 20 minutes guys! Don't recommend zions bank. YES IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING AT THE MOMENT to see if my check had been complete. But I swear to God I'm short $100 I didn't touch the envelope didn't buy anything. $100 is a lot of money in my opinion. Especially having kids you have to shop for during these holidays! PLEASE PEOPLE COUNT YOUR MONEY, BEFORE YOU LEAVE. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL, ESPECIALLY THIS BRANCH LOCATION.

Worst run Zions Bank I've ever worked with. I've been using this bank for my business for almost four years and it is getting worse. The wait is always ridiculous even when there's no line. There's always some bogus "problem" that ends up NOT being a problem when I go to a different location. Constantly find myself wondering if there's ever more than one person working at the window or behind the desk. Recently, I called regarding a check my business received and was told everything would be fine. Went in today and was told that my OUT OF STATE customer would have to come in to the bank WITH me to approve my deposit. This would have been great to know the day I called. I expressed that I was not pleased and very frustrated, and the teller gave me back my ENTIRE deposit (not just the one check) and walked away. Went to another Zions (which is out of my way seeing that my business is within walking distance of Center Street) and they deposited it on the spot. Good job, Center Street location. Big thumbs down.
