Cyprus Credit Union in Midvale, UT

I've been with Cyprus CU for years and haven't ran into one issue. They are the best.

I love everyone at Cyprus. I am extremely happy with my decision of switching banks. A big thank you to all of you :)

The slowest damn bank in the world. Only 1 person works there it seems. Three years later and it's still slow as hell.

About 4 times I have made payments on my auto loans through them, and every time they have been short about $2.00 because of incompetence from the employees. So I have to go in, get the late fees waived, and make the payments again. The wait is always long. I've never been out in less than 30 minutes.

Everything with my regular banking went fine and the staff was nice.. When I got in a car accident Cyprus was anything but helpful. I needed a car loan and after they pulled my credit was told I would qualify for a 2.89% interest. When the loan specialist reviewed the application they said that because I didn't have loan history it would go up to 8%... Seriously? Then I had to deposit the check I got from my car being totaled but because it was in mine and my step-dads names they wouldn't let me, even though he signed it.. What a pain. America First was able to get everything done really easily for me. They got me a loan with a rate of 2.9% and deposited the check..
