One guy is rude but there is an amazing girl who is really courteous!

Worst customer service experience. I would never use them again. Edit* I've decided to expand my reason as to why I was very dissatisfied. I was contacted by the customer satisfaction director to ask me why I was dissatisfied so it's obvious that my review needs more details. The Check City website advertises that they accept Personal Checks and Out of State checks. I did not know this at the time, but I've done this before at other places similar to check city. I went to them to cash an out-of-state personal check for an emergency reason, being as my bank is not located locally. Everything was going smoothly until several minutes passed and I was told that they do not accept out of state checks. I was given several excuses. First it was because of my check's address, then about my residency (I have an apartment in Midvale), and then about my Idaho license. I didn't argue because I was in a hurry, and eventually I got it cashed elsewhere without being considered a criminal for trying to cash out a check and having an Idaho license. Like I've stated: a customer satisfaction director is looking at this. It will not affect me whether or not it gets corrected, but I do hope it gets corrected in case anyone is in a similar situation to mine.

I have moved my business to this location because of the wonderful manager! She is so great to work with and seems to be looking out for me as a customer. I would definitely recommend this location! Wonderful customer service!

My husband and I put $228 on our card at this location. When we got home we realized the card was $100 short. We called and asked them to count their register and they said it wasn't over. We asked to pull the cameras and magicly the money appeared. Displeased by their dishonesty
