They call 3-4 times a day to put me on hold, then when I put the person on hold, they hang up on me, ridiculous

They sent me a bill that wasnt even mine. It was from an old roommate and somehow found my new address without telling those people where i am living. Can you say invasion of privacy?

When I got married, my husband had some debt from a medical bill. We set up a payment plan with this company and it was a nightmare from that moment forward. They're condescending, sarcastic and cruel to those who are obviously in a tight spot due to an illness. They called constantly even though we paid on time every month and sent threatening letters, even though we were paying on time every month. Obviously nobody likes debt collectors, but there is a way to not be AWFUL and still get the money that is owed.
