Automatic Car Credit in Logan, UT

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY FROM AUTOMATIC CAR CREDIT. They are great at selling you a car thats for sure. I bought my truck a while ago and hands down has been the worst decision I have ever made. Ive spent around 2500 dollars fixing stuff on this truck(its in the shop now for 300 more dollars worth of repairs) that the warranty I bought is not covering. After the first week of owning the truck, I went to go take it to the car wash. The entire front end looks like it had been pelted with birdshot. The staff at ACC had an individual fill each one of these birdshot sized rusted out holes with whiteout paint. So after I purchased the truck and washed it all these rust spots and holes appeared all over the truck as the whiteout paint was washed away. Also after I purchased it needed almost 500-600 dollars worth of repair on the exhaust manifolds(which they ended up paying part of). I called Dirk and said I wanted to return this vehicle because of the blatant dishonesty and reoccurring problems within 750 miles of the purchase of the truck. Dirk proceeded to tell me that he couldn't take away the commission from one of his employees. Come to find out several weeks later ACC has a noncommissioned sales staff(you can check their website). This means Dirk(the head sale guy at Logan's) outright lied to my face in order to protect his end of the sale and their profit. Several weeks after that I noticed my headlight was loose. It had been dislodged before I bought it they had tried to fix it with paint and I believe glue. These guys at ACC are total frauds selling vehicles that have many problems. Not only that but they will outright lie to your face. If someone is interested I will show them pics of the front end damage they tried to hide. They bring a lot of there trucks I think from Canada and bring them down. Its hard to find information on these vehicles. My advice to you as a potential car buyers is avoid this place at all cost. The initial price might be good but they are total crooks with how they deal with you afterword. Either that or prepare to have a good lawyer around when purchase your vehicle.

I tell ya what ...if you want a nice vehicle you need to go talk to Dirk!!! He will treat you right. Very courteous and professional.. Just bought a 2012 Dodge Ram and love it I will be back
