We received honest answers for anything we asked. The "salesman" approach was not seen which made it easy to talk with Adam and ask questions. Since this was my first time, I did not know the process but Adam clearly outlined what would be happening, both by conversation and animations (which we loved). The rates were comparable but quality of service was more important to me and that is why I did not search elsewhere. The response and process times were very prompt, especially when comparing to my friend's experience with another lender.
