ProPay is terrible! I used my ProPay debit card to make a purchase. The amount was taken from my account twice. ProPay insisted it was the company where I made the purchase. After an investigation it was determine that it was ProPays mistake. I'm still waiting to get my money back. No one from their finance department will return my calls.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! If I could give zero stars, I would. Signed up for the service to accept credit cards but then ProPay held the funds and would not release them to me! Look into other options, do NOT use ProPay

Difficult to work with, slow to respond, blew our deadlines, undocumented "features" are released that break our code and cost hours of time to track down what's broken.

Needed to get transactions for the year for tax purposes. I was very impressed with the expediency she answered my question and sent email almost immediately. I love Propay!!!
