I signed up at Lending Tree to shop different mortgage brokers and lenders. Many people contacted me, but no one had better rates than Peter Skaggs at Innovative Mortgage Alliance. As if that wasn't enough, no one showed more interest in me and my particular circumstance than Peter. There was no pressure, yet he always followed up with me and spent lots of time assisting me even with no guarantee of gaining my business. Absolutely amazing experience and I would recommend Peter to everyone.

I have known the folks at Innovative Mortgage Alliance, particularly Peter Skaggs, for several years. Peter is one of the most professional, competent, and courteous people I know. Peter follows up promptly on all commitments he makes and is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. It is a rare find when you encounter someone with Peter's competence and customer relationship skills.

After having a terrible experience purchasing a home back in 2001, I wasn't looking forward to doing it again. My wife and I just purchased our first home last week with the help of Innovative Mortgage. Peter, Anne, and Lauren were all a pleasure to work with and made our home buying process a good one. We had gotten quotes from three other mortgage companies besides Innovative Mortgage, and they substantially beat the quotes of the other companies. What was even more impressive with Innovative is that Peter encouraged us to get other quotes to make sure we were getting the best. In the end they still had the best quote and what I also found in dealing with four different mortgage companies, the best customer service. I really appreciated how honest, up-front, non-pushy, and efficient they were. I definitely recommend Innovative Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase a home. We worked with Peter Skaggs, and it was by far the best experience I've had with a mortgage broker. Biggest thing-- he delivered on exactly what he promised, in terms of rates and savings on our end. He communicated extremely well, and made the process fairly easy on our end. Not that I wouldn't have wanted to meet him, but we were able to do everything via text, email and phone, which was really great for us. Hats off to Peter and team for a successful refi!
