Multiple LLCs, a Trust, some past credit issues and some pretty large Tax returns associated with them. Didn't seem to faze Nelson's team. They went above and beyond to get our loan through underwriting in a timely manner allowing the always difficult "Contingent on Sell" addendum and timing of our new home purchase to flow together seamlessly. Nelson was great to work with in our recent refinance. All of our questions were answered timely and feedback was given proactively.
