Mountain America Credit Union in Layton, UT

The employees in general are good. The tellers are friendly and helpful. But the loan officers are not my favorite people. On two different encounters I was very disappointed with their customer service. They talked to me as if I was stupid and like I had no clue what I was talking about.

My wife and I have been banking here for years (both personal and business), we have always received incredible service from this branch. We especially appreciate how attentive and helpful Hollie has always been. I noticed a comment on Google reviews from another person stating he had a negative experience with Hollie; without knowing the gentleman I can only assume that he was denied the loan because he has chosen to disregard the importance of being a grown up human being and "handling his business" so he could be approved. Also it's apparent he doesn't know how to use spell check. Love this MACU branch!!!!

Still the best bank ever...I've been a customer with Mountain America for a year and I plan on being a customer for life. Two people are always willing to go above and beyond to help you. Especially at this branch. I've been able to get my credit in order. Great product and fast service. Love mountain American.
