Bank of the West in Layton, UT

Are you tired of the "big bank' your dealing with and all the long waits? We were and left Chase for this Bank of the West branch. You can actually get to a window without a wait. Chris the bank manager is there to help you on a down to Earth stop at my desk for help if you need it. Tracy is also at a help desk in the lobby to help with any issues as well. Tracy knows a lot of "stuff" too. in short this is banking with people who will treat you like a "person". They are easy to talk to. Try this small bank if your tired of the big banks that treat you like a number. You will like it. Its all about the people. Oh by the way we are retirees with only a small account. We are NOT big account holders. They treat everybody well! Highly reccomended!
