Well where to begin they are very rude and don't act like they wanna help you at all I guess if you don't wear nice clothes instead of your work clothes you ain't welcome there I seriously think they need more friendly people in there very dissatisfied that's all I have to say and God bless

Could be a better experience if they implemented things one observes within 5 min. standing in the lobby of mountain america or Golden west. or wells Fargo. I hate this bank soo much.

Terrible. Customer service is a joke, at least when they actually answer the phone. Magical random charges added to closed and paid off accounts that can't be explained by anyone that works here. Nothing but problems.

It drives me insane that I can't get through on the phone! The automated phone system is honorable! Is it not reasonable to post the phone number of your local branch on your website? Consumer service is the worst when you can't get any!
