Poor communication. I liked the idea of supporting a local business so I filled out an online application and never heard anything back. I'm not sure if he is really busy or on vacation or what... I tried calling, texting, and email but not a word. I was on the verge of visiting him in person but thought that was a little extreme so I just went somewhere else that had a similar rate and we close next week!.
