Premier Credit Consulting in Draper, UT

I understood I was paying $159 up front and then $89.99 a month. However, the $159.00 goes toward nothing, and you have to cancel 30 days in advance, so you will be in this over $300.00 immediately. I was trying to get all three credit bureaus to report the same thing. Two of the 3 were reporting my account satisfactory, but one credit bureau was not. After Premier disputed it, only one of the 3 reported it satisfactory, so I spent $334.00 and my credit got worse.

Premier Credit did an amazing job with my credit. I was a few points away from qualifying for a mortgage and was referred by my lender. Within 3 months they have my score well above what I needed.

Overall I had a great experience with this company. They knew all of the things that I needed to do in order to repair my credit and get items taken off of my credit report. The process took about four months to complete and my credit score has increased dramatically, I would highly recommend this company.

***FINAL UPDATE*** After posting this same review on Facebook, this company was able to contact me, which they have apparently been trying to do since this review was posted late last year, but were struggling due to my profile information not matching my account information with them. This contact was drastically different from all other correspondence I have had with this company post-signup. The gentleman I spoke with, Alex, was kind, he listened to my concerns, he was helpful and acknowledged that they were able to identify the break down in communication, have addressed the situation internally to ensure that none of their current or future customers have the same experience, and extended a sincere and heartfelt apology. I believe that my situation was an anomaly and this company truly desires to help their customers understand and take control of their credit, above all else. I am satisfied with the resolution that I have received from this company. ***UPDATE*** Thank-you for responding to save face, but yet again... There is absolutely no substance to your response, as have been the case with absolutely every single encounter I have had with your company. I have updated the review to include your "proper name" as you seem to think that an error in terminology relieves your responsibility. But, just to be sure, I double checked your website, again, and sure enough, I have the correct company. Your service and poor communication have cost one of your referring lenders and yourself both my business and word of mouth business as I assure you I have and will continue to discuss my terrible experience with friends, family, and in my professional circles. Find another company to help you with your credit counseling needs. Premier Credit Counsulting* is terrible with communication and customer service, and for the little to nothing that they did for me in the two months that I was paying them, I'd have to say that they are all but ineffective and highly overpaid. I was referred by a Mortgage Lender, whom I have now left due to their recommendation of this company. When Premier Credit Counsulting* were selling themselves, they called me on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, evenings while I was on my way home from work, whenever I had a question... once I paid them and became a customer, those days were long gone! Once they have taken your credit card number, you're on their schedule now. They suddenly only work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday but if you can't call them during business hours, you can email them. However, when you email them they glaze right over and neglect to respond to any concerns you raise. Even after taking my entire lunch break to tell them all about one of the companies reporting on my credit report, giving them the address, and explaining who the company is, they still sent a request for credit repair to the wrong company. Try addressing that with them, and they glaze right over it. I emailed, I called, and I sent notes on their terrible online portal with absolutely no response to my concerns, but they would email or message me back about issues that had absolutely nothing to do with my concerns. I was disappointed enough to request a refund, but as every other communication I have had with them, that request went unanswered as well. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself some money and steer clear of this one!

There came a time when I wasn't sure what I wanted to do...But after being introduced to them I realized yes I needed their help not just for me but for my wife as well. We were able to increase my credit scores up 60-70 . If you are skeptical about this process.. -don't grow any more gray hairs trying to do it yourself. Professionals do Professional work(Product). I promise you -you not be disappointed.
