I spent a day looking on the internet comparing rates and shopping for the right loan, seeing a billboard about City Creek Mortgage I thought I would give them a call. I called and pretty much told them what I wanted and that's what I got, no high pressure just honest answers. Alexis and Jessica were a dream to work with, ask any question and they had an answer and not just what you wanted to hear, have a problem and they were there to help solve it. Jen at closing was awesome. Cool, confident, knowledgeable and professional, I will use them every time I need a refinance. if you want a exceptional experience then call them, you won't regret it!!

City Creek deserves much more than 5 stars! As a real estate professional myself, I have recommended Alexis Carter and her incredible team several times. They are knowledgeable, professional, on top of everything, always! They make me feel like I am their most important client. I know they would do anything for anyone. Jamie and Tobi are always so positive, despite what obstacles they may be personally battling at the moment. They are always looking for ways to improve the community and to make everybody's day just a little bit brighter. Tobi is a great example of a mother, wife, friend, business woman and human being! So happy we decided to go with City Creek Mortgage! They were so great and easy to work with. After finding out how much we would be saving each month from refinancing I recommended to a coworker to do the same. She went with another company and after hearing about her experience I couldn't be more glad with our decision. She went for nearly a week span at times without hearing anything back from the people she was working with and had no idea what was going on. I found City Creek Mortgage via their Billboard with Mike and Tobi's happy, smiling faces looking back at me :) and I thought...that's a good rate, I think I'll check them out. So I went to their website and everything checked out related to what I wanted to accomplish and what my current credit score was - Integrity (check that box). I then gave them a call and connected with Jackie. I told her my scenario and what I wanted to accomplish. She laid out a plan for me to get out of my FHA and into a Conventional. I felt like I could trust her (check that box). When I decided to move forward, she disclosed everything to me, then introduced her team and laid out the next steps in great detail - roughly City Creek's 6 step process. I was then provided with a secure website to provide all of my documentation - very easy to use!! As I'm going through their process, I'm getting their Step 1 email, then Step 2, etc. and I felt like this was the nicest way of 'hand holding' a customer through this tedious process that I've ever experienced. What I appreciated the most about this process was I knew exactly where I was and what was expected of me. I was able to act on my deliverables immediately never holding up any part of the proceedings. In other words, we were always waiting on the lender to do their part, whether it was underwriting or appraisal review. From my perspective, this was the fastest I've ever closed a loan in my entire life...totally amazing. I truly respect a company that has their process down to a science and demonstrates its success on a consistent basis (check that box). I would like to close this review by sharing with you some finishing touches City Creek did for us. We closed at the Title Company where my wife's Aunt works - we've done business with her for years and she has always taken great care of us. We also received a gift from Jackie and her Team, along with a Card signed by Jackie, Tory and Jasmine. The gift consisted of a blanket [my wife loves blankets - how did you know :) ] and a booklet with the City Creek story. I truly love their story of 'Grit & Commitment'.
