This review is unrelated to this specific branch, but cautions to never use Zions Bank for loans. We regret using them for a home construction loan that rolls into a mortgage. Every person we've interacted with in the loan process has had horrible communication beginning with Maria the loan officer, the title company expressed similar frustration with the Zions representative in Denver that prepared our closing papers, the construction loan team in Richfield: Steve and Tammy have trouble returning calls or emails, give inconsistent information, and in general are difficult to work with. The disbursement department has also been behind, failed to contact us until well into the project, or have an inspector at the building site. All together the financial situation is constantly holding back the building of our home and we get weeks into the process before they feel the need to clarify information we asked about weeks prior, which now halts construction. In a nut shell, Zions is probably fine for checking and banking but do not use them for loans, judging from our experience. We hoped we just got a bad loan officer but muscled through and have found all areas we've dealt with it is a poorly run institution, which makes it not surprising Zions is the only large bank in the nation that failed to pass the Federal Reserve's stress test. We will never use them again.
