Though it has been a few years since our home loan was processed by Ben Lemon's team, they continue to follow-up with us to make sure that our needs are being met. They inform me of current interest rates and are available for any questions that I have. While I know that part of the reason they do this is to gather referrals, I am always treated with respect and caring whether I give them a referral or not. This attention to customer needs is commendable. Anytime I hear that someone needs to refinance or is purchasing a home I always suggest Ben Lemon.

Ben was extremely nice. During my loan closing a few years ago, however, he tried to slip in me paying for points but I caught it. He played naive about it but this whole industry is a bit dubious so I don't quite buy it. Overall it was okay but in recent months he's gotten a bit superfluous, even to the point of doing phone VM blasts. Take it down a notch there, bud. You're starting to overdo it and people don't like it.

If you're looking to add additional stress and confusion to the home-buying experience, this is your company. We still aren't sure what we paid for, and what we didn't? (They claimed to be "covering" unexpected costs.)
