Josh has handled 2 Refinances for us and both times got us better and better rates and helped handle a big house and still end up with no PMI and has saved us thousands of dollars in potential interest. With the exception of some scanner issues on our end, the whole loan process from start to finish was so streamlined. Questions were answered promptly and were surprisingly few. Josh, Eric and the rest of the team were top notch friendly and professional. Even the closing was very easy. We've done many home loans as we have moved many times as well as a few refi loans, never has it been this quick and easy! Thank you very much! I would recommend them to anyone!
