America First Credit Union in Clearfield, UT

Very rude and very bad customer service. I went inside to get change counted, and they locked the room which the change counter was in and refused to unlock it WHEN THEIR OPEN and pushed my cup of change back over to me and said they couldnt count it. Very rude and will no longer be banking with them if they are going to treat their customers like that.

They're always quick with helping me in a very professional manner. Any questions I have always get answered, and they work with me when I have concerns.

Complete crap company. I was never late on payments until I lost my job and wasn't able to for 3 months. They told me that I had to make a payment otherwise they were going to close my account and I told them about my situation inside the branch and with customer service. The lady in customer service said that me losing wasn't my fault. Which is true, but the fact that she (they) don't have empathy is ridiculous. Glad I switched over to Mountain America! I'll be more happy doing service with them rather that AMFCU.

Great credit union. Feels safe and secure, staff is very nice and smart. I can go in there and get out pretty quick. Drive thru is efficient. Would recommend!

AFCU took me in when other banks wouldn't. They understood that things happen and sometimes all you need is someone to give you a chance to make it all right again and that is exactly what they did for me. Thanks AFCU!
