Poor customer service, insufficient staff. Waited 1/2 hour to see the ONE banker in the branch (4 desks) and was told repeatedly that it would be a few more minutes. I waited 30 minutes, then had to leave to attend to other business, after leaving other appointments to be able to get to the bank prior to closing.
