I ALWAYS make sure I take the time to go to this branch. I live in Taylorsville, and work in Bountiful, so there are a lot of branches that I pass or that are even closer. But I absolutely love dealing with the lovely ladies at this branch. They know me by name, they're always friendly, and most importantly, always quick. I like that. Everyone needs a bank/credit union experience like what you get here. Savanah, Shikay, and Darci, love you ladies! =)

University Federal Credit Union always helps me with my banking needs! They are a wonderful financial institution where the member always comes first. Their motto "Making the Difference for Every Member, Every Day!" really rings true with their level of expertise and professionalism in member service. A great bank to work with!

The teller girls know what customer service means. They are so nice and helpful. The branch manager is rude and not understanding. The whole system of university credit union in general is disappointing. They will take your money but will give you a hard time taking it out, making new policy while your money is still there so you can't get it out. Be safe not to bank with them.
