Synergy One Lending Bountiful UT NMLS # 1025894 in Bountiful, UT

We are grateful we didn't use Synergy One Lending! The couple who bought our home did and Synergy One Lending made the process a nightmare!!! Both couples took days off work for 3 different closing dates!!!! They kept promising and didn't deliver. We had to pay to extend an interest lock because of Synergy One's unrepeatable practices. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what we have been through-

I have been helping a former tenant to purchase one of our rentals. I saw the process since she started with them in mid July 2014. It is now November 21, 2014. Our contract was supposed to expire on August 30th for the sale. This company lost her documents over three times. They asked for documents repeatedly and could not keep track of them. They did not follow up in a timely manner. They told the escrow office to get documents ready and then weren't ready. They agitated everyone from buyer, to seller, to title company with poor communication, extreme delays and complete incapability to work under a deadline. Do not use this lender. We closed two days ago and I am still waiting for our payoff to clear the bank for the sale. Nothing has worked on any type of consideration for timelines. If you use this lender you might lose your deal with the seller. Luckily, we were patient, but we could have easily dropped our buyers and taken another offer by now. Did I say, "do not use this lender?" I really mean it. I've closed on real estate over 20 times. I've never seen this type of ineptness in this industry. Stay away.

I just wanted to see how this worked and I thought while I was here I might just tell how much I like working with this company. I have been in the mortgage industry 22 years now. I have been through many ups and downs. The past 5 years have been very challenging with the housing market crash.
